BEFORE
APPLYING FOR F-1 STUDENT VISA
In order to come to U.S.A. as an international student you should have obtained student F-1 visa from American consulates in your country. Before applying for the visa you should have been accepted to an Educational Institue (language School , Computer Certificate School or University) in the U.S. As True Star Inc., we have been helping hundres of students each year to come to U.S.A for education. We have the latest available information regarding government regulations and student visas.
The Educational Institue that you have applied must have been authorized to issue I-20 Form by the US Immigration Naturalization Service. This official form is the certificate of eligibility for non-immigrant student status for academic and/or language study in the US. To get acceptance form the university; following documents has to be submitted to True Star Inc. before the application dead lines. Please contact us regarding the application process and fees.
1. List of documents
and fees that you need to send us at the first place
a) Fully completed the True Star International Student Application form
b) Non-refundable application fee and refundable course deposit fee ( if required by the program you applied)
c) Financial support letter that shows the financial sources to take care all educational and living expenses without working in the US. (see the page on Financial support letter )
d) Educational background information.[Proof of highest degree earned]
2. Your application
will be reviewed, if you are accepted, you will be sent
a) Acceptance letter
b) The letter to the U.S. embassy
c) The official I-20 Form prepared for you.
APPLYING
FOR F-1 STUDENT VISA
To qualify for a student visa, you must submit list of the following documents to the U. S. Embassy in your country after receiving the acceptance package form the University.
1. The letter
from the University prepared for the Embassy
2. Official I-20 Form that has been sent to you by True Star Inc.
3. Financial support letter. In
order to study in America, you must be able to pay for your school and living
expenses rent, food, transportation, etc.]. Evidence of the necessary financial
resources required for the course of study must be present during the visa application.

4. You will demonstrate that you have social, familial, work, or other
compelling circumstances that will obligate you to return to home country upon
completion of your studies.
Examples of compelling ties:
- Employment, salary statement, job letter from employer, insurance papers showing when work at the company was started
- Home or business ownership, property deeds, company tax returns
- Continued the University enrollment
- Spouse or children in your country
AFTER
HAVING APPROVED VISA
When your student visa application is approved a visa stamp will be put in your passport which indicates that you have been approved for the F-1 Student Visa.
On you visa, It will be noted
- The period of time that your visa will remain valid
- The number of entries you will be allowed on the visa. The I-20 and your passport will be returned to you for admission to the U.S.
